Onsite Concierges manage many services to enhance your visit or stay at Glenbrook Hospital.

Services include:

• Front door ambassadors
• Answers about billing services
• Valet parking
• Registration
• Patient access
• Hospital operators
• Social services
• Physician referral

If you would like assistance finding your hospital destination, Concierge Services representatives are available to personally escort you. Please call Concierge Services at 847.998.8425 Monday through Friday 8 a.m.– 4 p.m., at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to arrange for this service. Our representatives will offer you directions to the hospital and parking instructions. We will then meet you at the door and escort you to your destination.
